The videos are well done, and I like their format! I especially love the educational ones. It's fairly easy to put together a program using them. One of my patients' feedback: 'The videos are helpful. They helped me do the exercises better. I also like that the video counts the exercises with you, so you can follow along. In the past, most videos would just show how to do the exercise, and then the therapist would say, 'do that 10 times,' and that's it. The fact that this video does it with you and counts the reps is really nice.

Strengths of Hanna Health HEP: great videos — both live and animation. Options for customizing HEP are functional. Options for sharing and documenting HEP are terrific. Ergonomic and pain info is clear and engaging. Pain education videos are dynamic, creative, playful, and clear. It's nice to have multiple pain education videos on one site.
